Why ComFusion

'ComFusion' originates from the words 'confusion', 'fusion', and of course the word 'communication'.

ComFusion refers to the opposite phenomena when confusion occurs in the communication between two or more people versus communicating clearly. Fusion relates to leaving space for others to also include elements from their opinion or vision into a conversation or thought process. Combined input can be very valuable - often the most beautiful ideas or solutions arise from a ‘fusion’ of individual thoughts and visions.

Understanding when and how the 'principle' of ComFusion can be applied also promotes greater empathy: It will help you to adapt valuable input from others or to make well-informed choices. Understanding your own communication style and that of others will help you to have an open mind and be more ‘vulnerable’ – being open and vulnerable can be a strength and become an advantage in doing business and in engaging with others.

Being more open to different viewpoints and having good insights into your own communication style will additionally help you to follow your intuition; These are all distinctive features pertaining to successful entrepreneurs and leaders.

With the principle of ComFusion as a guide, we can help you to gain more insight into your or your team’s communication style and the effects.
