After having worked in the area of internal and external communication and marketing for over 15 years, Kathrin Blaha founded ‘ComFusion’.

‘ComFusion’ originates from Kathrin's passion and belief that by gaining insight into your own communication style, as well as that of a colleague, board member or customer, misunderstandings with costly financial, and perhaps emotional, consequences can be reversed or even prevented.

This way, you can be more productive and creative and you will find more satisfaction in your work: Organisations can become a more pleasant work- and knowledge sharing environment, and become more resilient.

By linking experience and empathy to individual personalities, behaviors, competencies and communication styles, we are able to understand how teams function, where potential bottlenecks lie, and how improved collaboration can be achieved to reach your company’s objective and goals.
